Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted for:

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • Items that do not match the order placed (incorrect size, color, or design sent)

To initiate a return, please contact us at staticlinestrength@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photo(s) of the item if damaged or incorrect

Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • General wear and tear

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Please ensure your sizing and delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Once your return or exchange is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund timeline:

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund

If a replacement item is approved, it will be processed and shipped promptly at no cost.

Return Shipping

  • For orders with manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent, we cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
