  • Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Times (U.S.)

Estimated delivery after fulfillment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: If available at checkout

Please note: Shipping estimates do not include fulfillment time.


3. International Shipping

We ship globally where supported by our fulfillment partner.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Duties

  • Import taxes

These charges are not included in checkout unless stated otherwise.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship the order

  • Customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fee

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to non-delivery (unclaimed, incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

  • Provide a description and photo(s)

We will replace damaged or incorrect items at no cost.
